Ascendant
ASCENDANT is a first-person obstacle course built for people who like the moment a jump lands by two centimetres.
You start in the Sanctum, a quiet hub ringed by five portals, and you climb. NEON DOJO teaches you the language — precision beams, moving platforms, panels that blink out from under your boots. LAVA FOUNDRY takes it underground, where crushers slam on a beat, conveyor belts fight your footing and the lava keeps rising. FROZEN SPIRE takes away your friction. SKY TEMPLE takes away the ground. And PRISM CROWN — the light after the storm — asks for every lesson, in every colour, one last time.
The movement is the game: momentum-preserving acceleration, coyote time, jump buffering, variable jump height, real air control that lets you save a bad launch, and wall-slides you can push off. Nothing floats. Nothing sticks. Every hazard runs on a deterministic clock, so the gauntlet that killed you presents exactly the same timing on the next attempt — you learn it, you beat it.
Checkpoints are frequent and fair, the respawn is under a second, and the timer keeps running. Beat your best. Collect the orbs on the risky line. Clear a world.
